摘要
针对螺旋锥齿轮脉冲电化学光整加工工艺方法实施中所涉及的流场问题,分析了获得良好流场条件的主要影响因素,并进行了相应的实验研究。实验结果表明:利用所设计的流场,在实验研究的条件下,在Gleason№16型万能铣齿机的一个精加工铣削周期内,螺旋锥齿轮齿面的表面粗糙度可达到Ra=0.1μm的水平,而加工精度可由DIN10级提高到DIN7级。
In order to enhance the machining quality ot spiral bevel gear (SBG), it was presented that a new method of finishing SBG in pulse electrochemical finishing (PECF). So that, the influence of some factors of flow field on the finishing effect was studied herein. The experimental result show that the machining quality of SBG can be advanced efficiently to some extents. The SBG with surface roughness Ra=0. 1μm and machining precision DIN 7 is obtained from a poor machining quality(DIN 7) in a period of finish machining by using Gleason milling machine No16.
