摘要
基于声传递向量概念,结合有限元和边界元方法对轮胎的辐射噪声进行了分析,计算得到了简谐激励下轮胎的辐射噪声响应。应用同样的分析方法研究了随机路面激励下轮胎辐射噪声的声压、声功率分布。通过分析轮胎胎压、材料和质量等对轮胎辐射噪声的影响可知,一定程度上提高充气压力可以降低轮胎噪声;轮胎侧壁材料的变化对轮胎噪声辐射有很大影响;增大轮胎侧壁质量可以降低辐射噪声峰值。
In this paper,based on the acoustic transfer vector (ATV)concept,the radiation noise of the tire is analyzed by using the coupled FEM-BEM method,the dynamic response under simple harmonic excitation is calculated, and the distributions of the sound pressure and the sound power for tire radiation noise under random road excitation are researched by the same method.By analyzing influence of tire pressure,material and mass etc on tire radiation noise,it is concluded that the increase of charge pressure may reduce tire noise;the change of tire side wall material has substantial effect on tire noise radiation;the increase of tire side wall mass can reduce the peak value of radiation noise.
