摘要
在对国产AL6082铝合金材料进行常规力学性能测定的基础上,对其进行了高周疲劳试验、低周疲劳试验和裂纹扩展试验,获得了该材料的疲劳性能参数。对采用AL6082铝合金材料生产的某轿车底盘控制臂进行了疲劳性能测试与分析。结果表明,AL6082铝合金各项性能比较优良,满足轿车底盘零件的性能需求。
Based on the measurement of conventional mechanical properties for aluminum alloy A16082,the fatigue properties of AL6082 were obtained by the high,cycle fatigue tests,low-cycle fatigue tests and crack extension tests.The fatigue properties of control arm that was made of aluminum alloy AL6082 for a passenger car chassis were tested and analyzed.The results indicated that the properties of AL6082 were very good,and it met the property requirement of passenger car chassis parts.
