摘要
针对DP600型汽车B柱加强板进行了工艺分析及拉延模面设计,并基于数据模拟软件对成型过程的模拟分析,对汽车B柱加强板进行了产品结构改进和工艺设计。利用仿真结果预测了产品设计的可行性,提出并验证了设计修改方案,模拟结果与试验结果吻合。
Process analysis and drawing die design were conducted for B-pillar reinforced panel of DP600 vehicle and product structure modification and technology design were made to B-pillar reinforced panel based on the simulative analysis of forming process with a data simulation software.Feasibility of product design was proved by the simulation results,we also present and verified design modification plan,the simulation results coincide with the test results.
