摘要
采用温度实时采集及位移传感器计算机系统对二次泡沫化温度和时间等参数对制备泡沫铝合金的孔结构(孔径及其均匀性)及孔形成过程的影响进行了研究,并探讨了预热对二次泡沫化法制备泡沫铝合金孔结构的影响。结果表明:二次泡沫化过程可分为缓慢增长、快速增长和坍塌三个阶段;二次泡沫化过程中的非均匀温度场是导致难以获得孔结构均匀泡沫铝合金的主要原因;采用预热方法可显著改善二次泡沫化过程中的温度场,从而获得孔结构均匀性较好的泡沫铝合金。
An in-phase system with computer and displacement sensors for temperature collection were developed to investigate experimentally the influence of temperature and time during the second step foaming procedure on the characteristics of ceil-structure (diameter and uniformity) of Al alloy foam. The effect of preheating technology on cell-structure of Al alloy foam was also discussed. The results show that the process of two-step foaming could be divided into three phases of initiation, raising and collapse stage. Non-uniform temperature field during two-step foaming caused the difficulty of achieving uniform cell-structure of Al alloy foam. Al alloy foam with satisfactory cell-structure could be fabricated through promoting the temperature condition by preheating procedure.
