摘要
研究了管材空拉时偏心变化的规律。结果表明:空拉比衬拉的纠偏效果更强;影响空拉纠偏效果的基本因素是管坯厚壁与薄壁侧的厚径比S_(?1)/D_H及S_(H2)/D_H;管坯原始外径D_H、原始壁厚偏差(S_(H1)—S_(H2))越大以及原始壁厚值(S_(?1)+S_(?2))越小,则其纠偏效果越好。
The rectification of eccentricity was revealed to be more effective in
tube sinking than drawing wan a mandral. The ratio of thickness to diameter of
tube blank on both sides of thick and thin wall seems to be the principal influen-
tial factor in rectifying eccentricity. The greater the initial outside diameter and the
initial wall thickness difference are and the less the initial wall thickness of the
tube blank is, the better the rectification.
