摘要
高血压急诊是指血压突然、重度升高的一种临床状态。高血压急诊的处理须根据有无靶器官损伤、有无其他临床情况等来决定。拉贝洛尔、艾司洛尔、非诺多泮、尼卡地平、硝普钠等是目前高血压急诊治疗中常用的和重要的治疗药物。
Hypertension in emergency is a clinical condition with the blood pressure in abrupt and severe elevation. The treatment of hypertension in emergency has to depend on whether the patients have suffered from target organ damage or other correlative clinical conditions. Labetalol, esmolol, fenoldopam, nicardipine and sodium nitroprusside are the currently most common and important drugs used in the treatment for hypertension in emergency.
