杨森主黔时期贵州民族政策的制定

The Formulation of National Policy of Guizhou Government during the Period that Yangsen as the Governor of Guizhou Province

杨森主政贵州时期,制定并实行了三项民族政策:统一语言、统一服装和汉苗通婚。这些政策与其早年对贵州民族问题的认识及其在安顺的民族同化教育措施、蒋介石对贵州民族问题的认识及指示均有较大关系。

From December, 1944 to March, 1948, being the chairman of Guizhou Province , Yang Sen formulated and executed three policies： unifying language, unifying clothing and advocating marry each other between Miao people and Han people.These polices were correlated with Yangsen＇ s understanding to the national problem of Guizhou province,his practice of national assimilation education in An Shun,and Chiang Kai-shek＇ s understanding to the national problem of Guizhou province and his indication closely.
