摘要
目的:分析红曲多糖的化学结构。方法:通过硅胶薄层层析和气相色谱、红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱等色谱与光谱技术基本确定了红曲多糖的结构组成。结果:红曲多糖是由甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖组成,其摩尔比为1∶2∶4,该多糖分子中是以1→3位糖苷键为主,同时亦含有1→6和1→2位糖苷键。结论:红曲中存在大量的红曲多糖。
Objective:To analyze the chemical structure of monascan.Methods:The techniques of chromatography and spectrum,such as silica gel thin-layer chromatography,gas chromatography,infra-red spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum,were used to decide the chemical structure of monascan.Results:Monascan consists of mannose,glucose,and galactose,with their molar ration being 1:2:4.The cell of the polysaccharide is mainly composed of 1→3 glucosidic bond,and 1→6 and 1→2 glucosidic bonds as well.Conclusion:Monascus purpureus contains large amount of monascan.
