摘要
以lRAMS10UP60A的智能功率模块和外围电路构成的一种体积小、结构紧凑、调试方便的无刷直流电机控制器。分析了基于此功率模块的无刷直流电机闭环速度调节控制系统的原理和构成特点,并进行了调试及实验,结果表明具有良好的调速性能。
Based on IRAMS10UP60A, a design means was put forward, which had some advantages of little bulk, compact structure and convenient debug. Some main features of design theory and composition characteristics was analyzed while testing and debugging was conducted on the basis of experiment. Experimental results showed that the hardware was reasonable and good speed adjusting performance could be achieved.
