过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ_2基因Pro12Ala多态性与妊娠期糖尿病的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between Pro12Ala polymorphism in peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor gamma 2 gene and gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor,PPAR)γ2基因Pro12Ala多态性与妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)的相关性。方法:利用PCR-RFLP技术分析180例正常妊娠妇女和179例GDM患者的PPARγ2基因Pro12Ala多态性。结果:正常妊娠妇女的Ala等位基因频率为8.33%,GDM患者为3.91%,正常妊娠妇女显著高于GDM患者(P=0.03)。在GDM患者中,具有Ala等位基因人群的空腹血糖和甘油三酯水平均显著低于无Ala等位基因人群(均P<0.05)。GDM合并高血压人群的Ala等位基因频率(3.42%)有低于单一GDM人群(5.19%)的倾向。结论:PPARγ2基因Pro12Ala多态性(Ala等位基因)可能是抑制GDM发病的保护性因子,对胰岛素抵抗有一定的改善作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between Pro12Ala polymorphism in peroxisome proliferatorsactivated receptor gamma 2 (PPARγ2) gene and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Pro12Ala polymorphism in PPARγ2 gene was determined by PCR-RFLP method in 180 normal pregnant women and 179 GDM patients. Results The Ala allele frequency in GDM patients was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women (3.91% vs 8.33%, P = 0.03). Fasting plasma glucose and triglyceride were significantly lower in GDM patients with Ala allele than those in GDM patients without Ala allele (both P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The Ala allele of Pro12Ala polymorphism in PPARγ2 gene may be a suppressive factor for the development of GDM and can ameliorate insulin-resistant to some degree.
