芫花对未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌条作用的研究

Effect of Yuanhua on Isolated Uterine Strips in Unpregnant Rats

目的：观察芫花根皮水煎剂对人工动情期大鼠离体子宫平滑肌条的作用，以探讨其作用机理。方法：将离体子宫平滑肌条悬挂于离体平滑肌灌流肌槽装置内，采用分离加药的方法以观察结果。结果：芫花根皮水煎剂可兴奋大鼠离体子宫平滑肌并有剂量依赖性关系；阿托品、酚妥拉明、六烃季胺、苯海拉明不能阻断芫花兴奋大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的作用；异搏定可完全阻断芫花兴奋大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的作用，前列腺素合成酶抑制剂消炎痛可使芫花的兴奋作用降低。结论：芫花对未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌条的兴奋作用，可能是通过作用于平滑肌细胞膜的Ｃａ２＋通道和部分刺激前列腺素合成。

Objective: To explore the mechanism on the effect of Yuanhua on the contractile activity of isolated uterine strips in rats under artificial oestrum Method:Isolated strips were suspended in a tissue chamber in which Yuanhua was added with some antagonists of inhibitors or without Result: Yuanhua could excite the uterine smooth muscle strips in a dosedependent manner, but atropine,phentolamine,hexamethonium and diphenhydramine could not inhibit this exciting actionThis exciting effect could be inhibited completely by verapamil and decreased by indomethacin(inhibitor of prostaglandin synthase)Conclusion:The exciting effect of Yuanhua on unpregnant rats in vitro might be related to an action on the cell membrane Ca2+channel as well as to a partial stimulation of synthesis and release of PG
