摘要
对矩形平台结构AT-切石英振子的能陷效果进行研究,结果显示双平台结构的石英振子能够有效地将厚度剪切波的能量限制在相对较小的区域内。对矩形平台结构的石英振子进行仿真通过Matlab计算找到最优能陷效果平台结构的尺寸比例。
The energy trapping problem in AT-cut rectangle quartz mesa structures is studied. Results show that the mesa structure is able to trap thickness-shear vibration energy within a small area. The optimum size of these mesa-shaped crystals are obtained through this study.
