广西旅游管理本科教育与旅游业发展适用人才培养浅析

Analysis on the Undergraduate Education of Tourism Management and the Talent Training Adapting for the Development of Guangxi Tourism

广西旅游管理本科教育总体上发展较快,但人才培养的定位不明确,专业知识结构缺乏核心竞争力,教学模式和就业期望存在差异,毕业生总体上就业率较高,但专业对口的流失率尤其是景区就业的流失率较高。因此,广西旅游管理本科教育应重视与旅游业适用人才培养的对接,明确本、专科教学层次的定位,强化专业特色定位与课程设置的对应性,引导学生制定好职业规划,做好教师储备与教学结构调整的工作,重视实践性教学,构建学校-职能部门-旅游企业三位一体的教学与专业实践的复合体。

The undergraduate education of tourism management in Guangxi develops relatively fast on the whole level, but the positioning of talent training is not clear, the structure of professional knowledge lacks core competence, difference lies in the teaching mode and employment expectations, the rate of overall employment of graduates is relatively high, and the rate of loss of scenic spots is a higher rate of loss of employment. Therefore,the education of Guangxi tourism management should connect with the training of adapting talents, clear the positioning of the undergraduate and college education, strengthen the correspon- dence between the characteristics major positioning and curriculum, guide the students to make perfect career planning, deal well with reserve of teachers and adjustment of teaching structure, attach importance to the practical teaching and construct the system of teaching and professional practice including universities, functional departments and tourism enterprises.
