古方延寿丹及化裁方功效与产品开发研究

STUDY OF EFFICACY OF CLASSICAL YAN SHOU DAN AND ITS MODIFIED PREPARATION AND THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

目的：在中医药理论指导下，以古方"延寿丹"为方源，研制具有抗衰延寿功效的保健药品、食品系列新产品。方法：应用现代药理及临床试验方法，将加减化裁的新方制剂与延寿丹原方制剂做对比实验研究，并对各产品的理论性质作全面分析检查。结果：新方制剂"回春口服液"具有明显抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抑制过氧化脂质形成，减少脂褐素，清除氧自由基的作用；尚能消除"阳虚"、"脾虚"动物模型的阳虚、脾虚症状，降低耐寒试验小鼠死亡率，提高小鼠学习记忆力；使果蝇平均寿命延长32.0％～55．8％。延寿丹原方制剂"延年益寿精"亦有相似的效果，但指标不及回春口服液全面。试验还显示，四种保健食品中药原汁也具有不同程度的抗衰延寿功效。临床对比观察冠心病人175例，结果表明，回春口服液能增强人体免疫功能，明显改善冠心病人头昏、耳鸣、心悸气短等十项症状，显效率57．0％;总有效率92.7％，显效率明显优于延年益寿精对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：延寿丹原方制剂及化裁新方制剂均具有增强体质，提高智力，延缓衰老的功效，但新方制剂效果优于原方制剂效果。

Objective:Under the guidence of the theories of talihonal Chinese medicine and the classical recipe 'Yan Shou Dan', to develop anti-senility medicines and health-care foods. Methods:The modified preparetion Huichun Oral Liguid Was compared with the original Yan Shou Dan by pharmacological methods and chinical trial use, and the physical and chendcal natures of all the pnducts were fully analysed. Results: Huichun Oral Liquid has remarkable effects of anti-fatigue, anoxia endurance, supressing the of remahon of perokidaed lipid, reducing lipofuscin and scavenging free radical;it can also, take away the symptoms of 'insamciencies of yang and the spleen'from animal models and reduce the death rate of the mice in cold tolermce test; it prolongs the life of fruit flies by 32.0% ~ 55. 8%. The original preparetion of yan Shou Dan,'Essence of Longevity',has similar effects,but with less indexes than Huichun Oral Liquid.The test also showed that the pharmaceutical ingredients in the four health-care bos had effects of anti-senility to different degrees. A clinical comparative study of 175 cases with coroneq heart disese showed that those trcaed with Huichtin Oral Liquid have boroved fority and greatly abated symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus ,palpitation and short breath,the effectual rate being 57.0%, and the total effective rate,92.7%, much higher than the control group treated with 'Essence of Iongevity' (P<0.01). Conclusion: The original preparehon of Yan Shou Dan and its modified preparation both have effects of building up the health, improving the intelligence and making senility go slowly, but the modified preparation has better effects than the original.
