Analysis on Disease Constitutor of Military Inpatients in One Region

目的:分析军队住院患者疾病构成,为提高为部队医疗服务效能、合理利用卫生资源、完善部队卫勤保障体系提供依据。方法:提取某医院2003年到2007年军队住院患者病案首页信息库,参照ICD-9标准对研究对象进行系统分类,而后再进行顺位排列、年龄分布统计和前10位单病种描述。结果:系统分类前5位疾病是呼吸、循环、消化、影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的某些因素的增补分类和泌尿生殖系统疾病;年龄分布前三位的是～30、～20和～80组;前五位单病种是上呼吸道感染、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、腰椎间盘突出和急性阑尾炎。结论:明确了军队住院患者的常见病及其在各年龄段的分布情况,可以给医疗保健机构做好为军服务工作提供参考。

Objective ： Analyze the disease constitutor of military inpatients to offer reference for military medical decision - making. Methods： Cases were military inpatients from 2003 to 2007 in a hospital who were Classified based on ICD - 9, and then arranging order and age distribution were analyzed with some descriptive statistics methods. Results： The first five system diseases were respiratory, circulatory, digestive, V - code and genitourinary ; The top three of age distribution were - 30, -20 and - 80 ;The first five single diseases were upper respiratory tract infection, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hyperpiesia, lumbar disc herniation and acute appendicitis. Conclusion： The results may provide reference for military hospitals to improve quality of medical care.
