摘要
本文阐述了平战结合卫勤保障运行机制,以及处理卫勤训练和保障中的各种关系。提出合理编配人员,制定相关政策;着眼实战需要,创新训练形式;联系医院实际,改革训练方法;配属实兵演习,检验卫勤成果;立足现有资源,加强研究改革等。
The mechanism of medical support combining peace time and war time was introduced, and then the measures to deal with the relations were discussed in medical support training as reasonable organization, setting out related policy, innovating training mode, enhancing researches etc.
