摘要
本文以某医院为例,探讨了新形势下通过制定符合岗位实际的绩效目标,选择科学合理的考核办法,设置客观、明确的考核指标,按照业务考试、个人述职、科室与院专家组考核的实施步骤,应用考核结果,建构具有军队医院特色的聘用人员绩效考核体系。
Under new period, how to implement the performance management of employed technical staff and improve the core - competitiveness of hospital became a new research for military hospitals now. In this paper, our hospital was set as a example, the problems were discussed as how to make out actual performance of duties in line with the objectives and scientific and rational assessment methods, the means to set up an objective and clear assessment indicators, and the procedures to apply the assessment steps including the operational test, personal visits and experts appraisal.
