军队综合医院设立心理门诊的思考

随着社会的发展和军队现代化进程的推进,军队应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务以及处突任务将越来越多,军人所出现的心理应激事件和承受的心理应激也将越来越多,军人所面临的心理压力日渐加大,军人的心理问题也日趋增多。本文从军人的就医原则、人员构成、心理特性等四个方面阐述军队综合医院设立心理门诊的必要性和重要性,分析目前军队综合医院设立心理门诊存在重视程度不够,专业人员缺乏,机构、体制不顺的现状和制约因素,并提出了提高认识,实行统一管理;加速心理学专业人才培养,提高其专业素质;理顺各部门之间关系,落实编制和经费全面而具体的改进措施,为军队综合医院设立心理门诊提供一定的参考依据和指导方法。

With the development of society and the process of military modernization, military tasks will be more and more, and the psychological stress will be greater than before in the soldiers, the psychological problems of whom are increasing, the necessity and the importance of establish psychological outpatient in military general hospitals were elaborated from four aspects, such as the limitation of visit a doctor for soldiers, the construction of service staff and psychological characteristics of the soldiers. And then some problems were discussed as the lack of professionals, a disorder condition in agencies or management system, according to which the countermeasures were proposed as to strengthen the construction the psychology outpatient, speed up the cultivation of psychology professional staff, perfect the relationship between the various departments.
