摘要
骨科临床实习中,实习医师容易热衷手术而忽略基本知识和技能,对学习产生畏难情绪,缺乏循证医学科学精神,易受功利主义影响,人文素质欠缺。为此,需要提高对基本功训练的重视,强化基本知识和技能,将专业组实践和骨科沙龙PBL教学相结合,紧抓实习质量,培养循证医学的科学临床思维方法;重视人文素质教育,发挥教员的言传身教,确保实习医师的健康成长。
In the department of orthopaedics,we noticed that the interns tended to make some mistakes such as ignoting the basic knowledge, losing the enthusiasm of learning, taking the experience rather than the evidence based medicine, being influenced by utilitarianism and lack of humanistic culture. Several solution were put forward to help them to overcome these mistakes and move on.
