Analysis of child atrionector wandering pacemaker

目的避免常规心电图获取信息不全导致造成误诊,意在解除家长不必要的恐慌。方法31例儿童窦房结游走性心律心电图进行分析。结果儿童窦房结游走性心律的发生,不存在男女童性别差别,不存在年龄差别。结论儿童窦房结游走性心律发生较为常见,无临床意义,但需要避免常规心电图获取信息不全,造成误诊。

Objective To prevent misdiagnosis caused by insufficient information from regular ECG exam, in the purpose of reducing unnecessary panic of patients＇ parents. Methods 31 cases of child patients with atrionector wandering pacemaker of ECG were analyzed. Results The cause of child atrionector wandering pacemaker had no difference between gender and age. Conclusion Child atrionector wandering pacemaker is common to see. Although clinical insignificance, it is important to prevent misdiagnosis caused by insufficient information from regular ECG exam.
