上颌第三磨牙拔除致上颌窦穿孔临床分析——附1例报告及文献复习

Clinical cause analysis of oroantral fistula after the upper third molar extraction report of one ease

目的探讨上颌第三磨牙拔除导致上颌窦穿孔的原因。方法报道1例上颌第三磨牙拔除后合并上颌窦穿孔的病例。复习1990～2008年间文献,收集上颌第三磨牙拔除导致上颌窦穿孔病例23例。结果本例拔除上颌第三磨牙导致上颌窦穿孔的原因是上颌第三磨牙和上颌窦解剖变异,炎症,反复擤涕等。结论拔除上颌第三磨牙,可能由于解剖变异等多种原因出现上颌窦穿孔,正确及时的保守治疗可以一期愈合。

Objective To analyze the cause of oroantral fistula after the upper third molar extraction. Methods One case of oroantral fistula after the upper third molar extraction was reported 23 cases oroantral fistula happened after the upper third molar extraction was reviewed from 1990 to 2008. Results Oroantral fistula after teeth the upper third molar extraction caused by the upper third molar and the antral dissected variation, the inflammation, repeatedly xing tears after the operation and so on. Conclusion Oroantral fistula could happen after extraction of the upper third molar. Most cases could be cured at first stage by exact conservative treatments in time.
