自体骨骼肌源性干细胞心肌内移植治疗缺血性心脏病研究进展
摘要
急性心肌梗死(AMI)是严重威胁人类生命健康的常见病和多发病。寻找确实有效治疗急性心肌梗死的方法一直是人们追求的目标。20世纪70年代末,Bader等证实受损的蝾螈心脏可以由绞碎的心肌碎片修补以来,利用成肌细胞及骨骼肌干细胞移植治疗心脏疾病的方法逐渐被重视起来。这种细胞移植方法,可以外源性补充潜在的心肌前体细胞,改善心脏血流动力学状况,减少坏死心肌面积,促进心脏恢复与重建,逐渐成为治疗心脏疾病特别是缺血性心脏病的手段之一。
