摘要 全数字化设计已成为雷达伺服系统发展的必然趋势。文中介绍了雷达伺服系统核心部件"全数字控制伺服驱动器"的设计,给出全数字控制伺服驱动器的硬件组成及其控制方法。驱动器采用电机控制专用数字信号处理器和现场可编程逻辑阵列作为控制核心,并提供了软硬件通道以满足在雷达伺服系统中消隙控制需求。最后,给出了伺服驱动器在全数字控制伺服系统中的应用实例,实践表明:系统具备稳定性好、可靠性高、易调试等特点。 All-digital design is the inevitable trend of radar servo system. In this paper a design of all-digital controlled servo driver is introduced, which is the heart of radar servo system. The hardware constitution of the controller and its control strategy are presented. The core of the driver is composed of a special DSP for motor controlling and FPGA, which provides channels of software and hardware for eliminating clearance in radar servo system. Finally, this paper gives an example of a servo driver being applied to an all-digital controlled servo system. The result indicates the system has excellent characteristics in terms of stability, reliability,and its easy to adjust.
