摘要
T/R组件是相控阵雷达的关键部件。它的组装技术对雷达的重量、体积、成本、灵敏度及可靠性等指标具有重要的影响。T/R组件的批量生产对组装设备提出了更高的要求,特别是在组装的高速化、T/R组件的互换性以及高可靠性等方面。文中针对T/R组件的批量生产要求,介绍了一种高精度自动组装试验台,该试验台通过模拟T/R组件自动焊装线实际传输过程来检测其定位精度,为某T/R组件采用自动焊装线的可行性提供了论证。
T/R module is a key component of phased array radar. The assembly technology of T/R module has significant influence on the characteristics of radar system, such as its weight, volume, cost, sensitivity, reliability, etc. A batch production of T/R module makes higher demands on the assembly equipment, especially on speed of assembly, interchange ability and high reliability of T/R module. To satisfy the demands of batch production of T/R module, a high precision automated assembly test-bed is presented in this paper, that checks location precision through simulating practical transfer process of automatic welding and assembling line of T/R module, and provides argumentation for the feasibility of introducing automatic welding and assembling line for a certain T/R module.
