2003年和2006年卫生监督机构工作用房结构变化情况分析

Analysis on the structure changes of work place of health inspection and supervision institutions between 2003 and 2006

目的明确2003～2006年卫生监督机构工作用房结构变化情况。方法全国系统抽样调查省市县各级卫生监督机构的各类工作用房面积,计算构成比进行比较。结果从各类用房的构成比看,卫生监督机构中,业务用房比重最大;从各类用房构成比的变化情况看,业务用房比重有所下降,行政用房比重有所增长;从工作用房建筑面积的地区均衡性看,越到基层越不均衡。如何进一步完善卫生监督机构各职能部门建筑面积的分配和利用,同时加强不同地区之间、不同级别机构之间建筑面积配置的合理性和公平性,仍有待于加强。

Objective：To analyze the structure changes of work place of health inspection institutions between 2003 and 2066. Method： National systematic sampling survey of four types of work places of health inspection and supervision institutions. Results： The proportion of business house was the biggest among all the institutions. From 2003 to 2006, the proportion of business house declined while that of administration house raised. The equity of work place in the high level institutions was better. Therefore,the structure and the distribution of institutions at all levels should be further optimized.
