摘要
[目的]建立测定有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗含量的新方法。[方法]利用阴离子交换树脂装填的色谱柱,分离有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗,洗脱液引入石墨炉原子吸收分光光谱仪进行测定,同时测定有机锗与无机锗。[结果]选定了最佳分离和测量条件,无机锗测定相对标准偏差为3.25%~4.93%,回收率为85.0%~105.0%。有机锗测定相对标准偏差为2.85%~8.04%,回收率为86.5%~97.3%。[结论]该法灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需要。适用于一般有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗的测定。
[ Objective ] To establish a new method for determination organic and inorganic germanium in the nutrient solution. [ Methods ] Inorganic germanium was separated from organic germanium in the nutrient solution by the anionexchange chromatography. The mixed eluant of the organic and inorganic germanium were detected by graphite atomic absorption spectrometry simuhanously. [ Results ] Under the best conditions of the separation and determination, the sensitivity and accuracy were suitable. The recovery of inorganic germanium ranged from 85.0% to 105.0%, and its relative standard deviation was 3.25% to 4.93%. The recovery of organic germanium ranged from 86.5% to 97.3%, its relative standard deviation was 2.85% to 8.04%. [ Conclusion ] This method for determination of organic germanium and inorganic germanium in nutrient solution is simple, expeditious, sensitive and exact.
