目的：揭示人皮肤真皮乳头血管袢的三维构筑及其差异，为临床微循环血管镜检查提供资料。方法：ＡＢＳ溶液经肱动脉和动脉灌注的血管铸型用扫描电镜方法进行了观察。结果：大多数真皮乳头血管袢的共同特征是呈发夹样或麻花样，其区别是袢走行方向和长度的不同。结论：真皮乳头血管袢畸型的数量值得特别注意。

Objective: We studied the three dimensional architecture and the distinction of dermal papillary vascular loops of human hand and foot and provided the data for clinical microcirculation microscopic examination. Methods: Vascular cast was performed using ABS solution injected into the popliteal artery and the brachial artery and observed the vascular cast with SEM. Results: The common feature of the most human dermal papillary vascular loops are pinlike or fried nodelike in shape, and the distinction is the length and the running direction of loops. Conclusions: It is worth paying more attention to the number of the papillary vascular loops deformity in microcirculation observation.
