摘要
目的:揭示人皮肤真皮乳头血管袢的三维构筑及其差异,为临床微循环血管镜检查提供资料。方法:ABS溶液经肱动脉和动脉灌注的血管铸型用扫描电镜方法进行了观察。结果:大多数真皮乳头血管袢的共同特征是呈发夹样或麻花样,其区别是袢走行方向和长度的不同。结论:真皮乳头血管袢畸型的数量值得特别注意。
Objective: We studied the three dimensional architecture and the distinction of dermal papillary vascular loops of human hand and foot and provided the data for clinical microcirculation microscopic examination. Methods: Vascular cast was performed using ABS solution injected into the popliteal artery and the brachial artery and observed the vascular cast with SEM. Results: The common feature of the most human dermal papillary vascular loops are pinlike or fried nodelike in shape, and the distinction is the length and the running direction of loops. Conclusions: It is worth paying more attention to the number of the papillary vascular loops deformity in microcirculation observation.
