摘要
实验用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行示踪法研究了大鼠杏仁外侧核(La)和基底外侧核(BL)的端脑传入联系。将HRP分别导入右侧La和BL,其标记细胞出现部位基本相似,在双侧顶叶皮质和同侧枕叶及颞叶皮质中可见大量标记细胞,在同侧内嗅皮质、嗅周皮质中可见中等量标记细胞,在额前皮质和皮质下端脑中也可见程度不同的标记细胞。其差别是:双侧额叶皮质、斜角带核和外侧嗅束核有较多纤维投射到BL,而同侧下托、纹状体有较多纤维投射到La。实验表明,杏仁基底外侧核群除接受额前皮质和边缘叶的传入投射外。
The telencephalon afferents of the lateral nucleus (La)and basolateral nucleus(BL)of amygdala in rats were studied with HRP methed.When HRP was injected into La or BL,the location of labeled cells was similar.A number of labeled cells were found in bilateral parietal,ipsilateral occipital and temporal cortex,and a middle number of labeled cells appeared in ipsilateral entorhinal and perirhinal cortex.The different labeled cells in quantity also appeared in prefrontal cortex and subcortical telencephalon.The difference was as follows:bilateral frontal cortex,nucleus of the diagonal band and nucleus of the lateral olfactorytract projected mainly to BL,ipsilateral subiculum and striatum project mainly to La.It is indicated that the basolateral nuclear group of amygdala accepts afferent projections of neocortex and subcortial telencephalon besides prefrontal cortex and limbic lobe.
