摘要
在人外周血淋巴细胞早中期和前中期两组细胞(各33个)的22对染色体(性染色体除外)中,分别找出他们在早中期和前中期长度变化的差值。采用计算关联维的方法,计算出它的关联维数,并进行了分析。结果提示了在细胞分裂中人的染色体的演变具有分维递减性,从而为研究细胞分裂的动态过程提供一条途径。
66 cells were used as samples for measurement, half of them (33) were in the early-metaphase and the other half in the pre-metaphase. The 22 couples of chromosomes (excluding sex chromosomes) in each cell were analyzed. We found the differences of chromosome lengths in the two phases. The correlation dimension of each chromosome was calculated. The results suggest that mitosis of chromosome of human possesses the feature of chaotics decrease. This offers a new approach to the research of the dynamic process of mitosis.
