摘要
目的了解深睡期事件相关电位(ERP)中P300(P3)电位的改变。方法在脑电监测仪监视下将受试者23例,分为①觉醒状态:有任务期、无任务期;②非觉醒期:浅睡期、深睡期。用85%500Hz短声和15%1000Hz短声组合成标准刺激和靶刺激,选择听诱发,采用N2000C型肌电图─诱发电位仪记录诱发出的ERP各期N1、P2、N2、P3波的潜伏期和波幅改变。结果23例受试者在深睡期N1、P2、N2波的潜伏期较其他几期明显延长,波幅明显降低,P<0.01,而P300电位缺失。结论P3波与醒觉状态及受试者主动参与或被动接受的注意状态有关,大脑皮层参与了其发生和调控。
Objective P 300 components of the event related potentials(ERP) at the deep sleep stage were studied.Methods With the electroencephalographic monitoring, 23 testees were divided into two sections:①awaking state consisted of task waking and non task waking stage;②non awaking state consisted of slight sleep and deep sleep stage.The latent periods and the amplitude changes of N 1,P 2,N 2,P 3 wave at each ERP phase,which were evoked by standard or target stimulus combining 85% 500Hz with 15% 1 000 Hz short tone, were recorded by N 2 000 C electromyogram evoked potential instrument. Results The latent periods of N 1, P 2, N 2 wave at the deep sleep stage were obviously prolonged, the amplitude reduced and P 300 potential was absent. Conclusion P 3 wave is related to the awaking state and the active participation and passive perception of the testees, and occurrence and control are associated with function of the cerebral cortex.P 300 potential examination has clinical significance in evaluating damage of the understanding function of the brain in non awaking or non cooperative state.
