摘要
本研究用0~4d的Sprague-Dawley新生大鼠制备了离体脑干-脊髓标本,在浸浴并人工灌流改良Krebs液的条件下,标本可存活7.5h以上;在此标本上记录到了颈4,5脊神经腹根及延髓神经元的节律性放电活动。
The in vitro brainstem-spinal cord was prepred from 0~4 days old Sprague-Dawley rats. Placed in a bath and perfused with modified Krebs solution,the preparation was viable for more than 7.5 hours.The periodic discharge activity was recorded from ventral root c4 or c5 and the neurons of medulla of the preparation.The results indicate that in vitro brainstem-spinal cord preparation has powerful advantages in studies of respiratory center.
