ELISA法检测HBV　IgA型抗HBC的实验研究

Experimental study for testing serum anti-HBC IgA level by ELISA

目的：通过检测HBCIgA的水平．帮助临床诊断和治疗不同类型HBV患者。方法：检测和比较了111份临床血清标本的HBCIgA水平，用酶联免疫试剂法。结果：在各种不同类型乙肝患者血清中，IgA抗HBC水平有所不同。肝脏损伤较重的肝癌、肝硬化、慢活肝和急性乙肝，其血清抗HBCIgA的阳性率及效价（S／N）均明显高于肝损伤程度较轻的慢迁肝（P＜0．05）和携带者（P＜0．01）。结论：从实验结果中我们发现抗HBVIgA与肝细胞损伤程度相关，是临床诊断治疗和预后判断的有价值指标。

OBJECTIVE:testing serum anti-HBclgA level for diagnosis and treatment of different hepatitis B patients. METHOD: testing and comparing serum anti-HBc IgA level for 111 serum speimens by ELISA. RESULTS:There are different serum anti-HBc IgA levels for different hepatitis B. The positive rates and potencies (S/N ) of serum anti-HBc IgA in hepatitis of more injured liver (eg liver cacer. hepatocirrhosis, Chronicactive hepatitis and acute hepatitis B ) are evidently more than in hepatitis of less injured liver (P<0. 05) and inhealthy HBV camiers (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The serum anti-HBc IgA level is postively relative to injured degree of liver cell. This is helpful and valuble for clinical diagnosis. therapy and prognosis in hepatitis.
