基于数字模型的倾斜床优化设计

摘要 分析了倾斜床在临床医学上诊断评价晕厥的应用及要求,设计了一种倾斜床,采用了能自锁的蜗轮蜗杆减速器和全低副的四杆机构的传动方案,速度程序插补、电脑控制。并通过三维数字建模、装配,干涉检查,消除在加工、装配前不必要的隐患。经使用证明,该倾斜床成本低、性能稳定、安全可靠。 Analyzed the application and request of incline-bed in clinical medicine diagnosis that used to appraise faint,designed the incline-bed with computer controlled and speed procedure interpolation. It applied the self-locking worm gear worm reducer and the entire low vice-four pole organization transmission to the bed. Through establishing the three dimensional digital model,assembly and interference inspection,the hidden danger before the assembly processing is eliminated. Practice proofs that the incline-bed is low cost,stable performance,safe,reliable,and has the beneficial reference to the other mechanical product design.
