自动工频耐压试验设备的开发应用

The Development of Automatic Commercial Frequency Withstand Voltage Test System Equipment

工频耐压试验是鉴定电气设备绝缘强度最有效、最直接的方法,试验结果对于判断电器设备能否投入运行具有决定作用。本文在分析工频耐压试验,剖析传统工频耐压试验设备的利弊的基础上,提出了一套自动工频耐压试验设备的方案。该方案的工频耐压测试系统具有自动化程度高、测试准确、使用方便等优点。

Commercial frequency withstand voltage test is the most effective and most direct method to identify the dielectric strength of electrical equipments, the experimental result can be used to judge whether electrical equipment could put into operation. In this paper, under the element of analyzing the commercial frequency withstand voltage test and analyzing the traditional commercial frequency withstand voltage test, I propose and design an automated commercial frequency withstand voltage test system. The measuring system by the project has advantages of high automatic level, high measuring accuracy and convenient to use.
