简述MTX系统的硬件构造和软件组成,新的磨削控制系统由编写的PLC和NC程序与MARPOSS测量装置组成。该系统应用于长春一汽大众AF180曲轴连杆颈磨床中,可以满足磨削工艺的要求。
This article describes hardware structure and software components in MTX CNC system. By writing NC program and designing PLC program, the new grinding control system is composed of those tow programs and a MARPOSS measuring device. This MTX CNC system was applied to the Changchun FAW-Volkswagen AF180 link-neck-crankshaft grinding machine and met the demands of grinding process.
