米索前列醇在绝经妇女取器中的应用与临床观察

The clinical analysis on Misoprostol applied to the menopause women taking out IUD

目的探讨米索前列醇在绝经妇女取器中的临床效果。方法将对象随机分为用药组64例和对照组68例，用药组排除米索前列醇禁忌证，术前3h-4h空腹口服米索前列醇400ug，对照组不用任何药物。结果两组从宫颈松弛情况及宫内节育器（intrauterine contraceptive device，IUD）嵌顿情况比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论绝经妇女口服米索前列醇后再取器，效果可靠，是减轻绝经后妇女取器痛苦的好方法。

Objective To investigate the effective of misoprostol to menopause women when taking out intrauterine contracep- tive device（IUD）. Methods The patients were randomly divided into experiment group including 64 casese and control group inclu- ding 68 casese. The patients which should have contraindication of misoprostol were given 400ug misoprostol oral before the operation 3 to 4 hours, while the patients in the control group were given no drugs. Results There was significant difference on cervix chalasia and incarceration of IUD between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It was effective method to the menopause women given misopr- ostol orally before taking out IUD that could reduce the pain to menopause women.
