电针大鼠“足三里”时脑内12个核团生长抑素含量的变化 被引量:15

摘要 本文运用核团微穿刺结合放射免疫测定法观察电针“足三里”30min时大脑内12个核团中生长抑素(SS)含量的变化。结果发现,中缝大核、尾核和杏仁核的SS含量明显增加而中央灰质和腰髓的SS含量显著减少;视交叉上核、视上核、室旁核、弓状核、腹内侧核、背内侧核、中缝背核和蓝斑的SS含量无明显改变。这提示尽管SS在脑内的分布很广,但这些部位中与针刺镇痛有关的只有少数核团,它可能通过这些核团参与针刺镇痛。 In this study radioimmunoassay (RIA) was performed to measure the change of immunoreactive somatostatin (ir SS) content in twelve nuclei in rat brain by electroacupuncture (EA) “Zusanli” for 30 min. The contents of SS in nucleus raphe magnus, nucleus caudatus putamen and nucleus amygdaloid were increased, while decreased in periagueductal gray after EA. The contents of SS did not change significantly in following nuclei: suprachiasmatic nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, paraventracular nucleus, arcuatus nucleus, ventromedialis nucleus, dorsomedialis nucleus, nucleus raphe dorsalis and locus ceruleus. The results suggested that changes of SS contents occured only in a few nuclei under condition of EA in spite of the extensive distribution of SS in the brain and indicated that SS in NRM, PAG, AA (amygdaloid nuclei) and CPU (caudal nuclei putamen)might be involved in EA analgesia.
