摘要
目的探讨前列腺素(PGs)在紫外线(UV)上调血纤溶活性中的作用。方法15只健康成年西北杂种犬被随机分成三组,UV组和UV+阿斯匹林组行全光谱UV20cm×20cm、447.72mJ/cm2照射胸腹部1次,其中UV+阿斯匹林组UV照射前在辐射区皮肤先进行直流电阿斯匹林离子导入1次;空白组既不照射UV也不行离子导入,作对照用。对比观察UV照射后48小时内辐射区皮肤抽吸水疱液中PGE2、PGD2、6oxoPGF1α浓度及血纤溶酶原激活物(PA)、纤溶酶原激活抑制物活性的动态变化。结果UV组在UV照后3小时PA活性明显增高,照后9小时达峰值;辐射区皮肤抽吸水疱液中三种PGs水平均在UV照后5小时明显升高,峰值约在UV照后5~9小时之间,三种PGs水平变化与PA活性变化均无显著相关性;UV+阿斯匹林组辐射区皮肤组织内三种PGs水平无明显升高,PA变化规律与UV组相类似,两组间PA活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论PGE2、PGD2。
Objective To elucidate possible role of prostaglandins in upregulation by ultraviolet(UV) irradiation on fibrinolytic activity.Methods Fifteen healthy adult northwest hybrid dogs were randomly divided into three groups,each with 5 dogs.UV and UV plus aspirin group were treated by single 20 cm×20 cm, 447.72 mj/cm 2 full spectrum UV irradiation on thoracoabdominal skins.Before irradiation,UV plus aspirin group accepted 300 mg aspirine by direct current ion introduction on the selected skins of irradiation.The control group got neither UV nor ion introduction of aspirin.In 48 hours,concentrations of PGE 2,PGD 2 and 6 oxo PGF 1α in the suction blister fluid of irradiated skins were assayed dynamically,and activities of plasminogen activators(PA) with their inhibitory substances were observed.Results In UV group,PA significantly increased after 3 hours of irradiation with peak at 9 hours.Levels of the three PGs in the suction blisters obviously elevated at 5 hours of irradiation with peaks in 5 to 9 hours.Between levels of the three PGs and PA activities,there were no significant correlations.However,in UV plus aspirin group the three PGs showed no significant changes and PA shared the same features of UV group (P> 0.05 ).Conclusion PGE 2,PGD 2,6 oxo PGF 1α may not participate in upregulation of fibrinolytic activity by full spectrum UV irradiation.
