尿道口护理中护患心理接受程度的调查分析及对策

The Analysis of the Psychological Acceptability of the Patients and Nurses for Urinary Meatus care and Proper Management

通过对４０例男性留置导尿管患者及４０名泌尿外科护士的问卷调查，发现护、患对尿道口护理呈现不同的心理接受程度，显示了患者的不同护理需求。为适应整体护理模式的转变，提出了因人施护。

Through a questionnaire from 40 male patients with catheter retaining and 40 nurses in urologic section,it was found tiat there was a different acceptability for urinary meatus care between nurses and patients.Results showed that patients had individualized nursing requirements. We considered that individualized nursing,employing male nurses and patients self care under guide will be the proper management to carry out the holistic nursing care.
