摘要
目前许多高校采用学生评教制度,以期通过学生评教来确保教学质量,初衷无疑是好的。但在其操作过程中存在很多弊端。本研究通过对个案学校访谈研究,在肯定高校学生评教积极作用的同时,分析了学生评教所固有的局限性,在调查研究的基础上,给出学生评教的完善对策。
Students' evaluation of their teachers is adopted by many universities at present, with the purpose of ensuring teaching quality. The intention was undoubtedly good, but drawbacks were found to be produced in operation. Based on case study of several universities and interviews, this study analysis the inherent limitations of these evaluations and provides countermeasures based on the investigations.
