摘要
教师专业化发展运动已经成为当今教师教育发展的主导潮流,作为教师专业化发展的两种典型模式,美国的PDS和中国的TDS都有着各自不同的特征(PDS的合作性、反思性、系统性;TDS的发展性、实践性、本土性)。本文通过对两种发展模式不同特征的总结,分析了不同特征形成的理论背景。
Teacher professionalization has become the major current tread in teacher education. Two of the typical teacher professionalization models, PDS in US and TDS in China, respectively present different features, cooperative, reflective and systematic features of PDS; developmental, practical and local features of TDS. This paper attempts to summarize the different features theoretical backgrounds.
