Perspectives of Strengthening Teacher's Quality in Adult Higher Education

在高校成人高等教育发展过程中,教师队伍建设和管理占有极其重要的地位,教师队伍建设和教师管理工作状况,集中反映了高校成人高等教育发展的水平与层次。因而,如何在《教师法》的框架内加强对高校成人高等教育教师的管理,通过"依法强师",构建一支高素质的专业化教师队伍,已成为高校成人高等教育改革发展中最为紧迫的任务。

Construction and management of teachers play an important part in adult higher education, and reflect the level of the development of adult higher education. Thus, within the framework of Law of Teachers, the strengthening of the management of adult education teachers and quality of their professionalization has become an urgent task in the reform and development of adult education.
