摘要
针对普通高校成人教育所存在的问题,提出了几点改革思路,为今后事业的发展提供借鉴。普通高校应充分发挥其自身的优势,进一步改革和发展成人高等教育,使之在构建学习型社会、推进社会和谐发展的过程中发挥重要作用。
This article studies and analyzes the meaning of adult education in colleges and universities and its existing problems. Based on this, the article puts forward several ideas of reform, which provides a reference for the future adult education development. In addition, colleges and universities should give full play to their own advantages and conduct further reform and development in adult education. In this way, colleges and universities can play an important role in constructing a learning society and promoting social harmony and development.
