金融危机形势下的大学生职业发展教育

On career development education of undergraduates under financial crisis

结合我国高校职业发展教育中存在的对职业发展教育理解片面、师资匮乏、师资专业化程度不高、就业指导教师工作繁重等问题,提出了在国际金融危机形势下开展大学生职业发展教育的有效途径——"职前网络学堂",即根据高校自身特点,依托互联网技术,定制一套职业发展与就业指导的整体解决方案,全程为大学生提供就业指导和职业教育,以快速、有效地解决高校职业发展教育中存在的问题,全面提高大学生的就业能力与职业素养。

Combined with the current problems of career development education in Chinese colleges and universities, such as the biased misunderstanding, the insufficiency of relevant teachers, the low-level specialization of teachers, and the heavy workload of teachers, etc., this article proposes an effective approach of career development education for undergraduates under the circumstances of international financial crisis, namely, the ＂pre-career internet school＂. The school can formulate package solutions and provides all-round services to students in their career development and employment assistance according to the characteristics of colleges and universities and with the help of internet technology, which can rapidly and effectively solve the problems of career develpment in colleges and universities, and totally improve the employability and professional quality of undergraduates.
