泉州刺桐大桥是国内最早采用BOT模式进行项目建设和运营的一个经典范例。本案例描述了刺桐大桥从决策、建设到运营的各个阶段和大桥的融资结构特点,重点对大桥建设和运营过程中遇到的诸多问题加以阐述,对于各级政府和企业运作BOT项目提供了可借鉴的经验。
Quanzhou Citong Bridge is one of the earliest project that was constructed and run by way of BOT in China. The case describes every stage from decision-making, construction to operation of Citong Bridge and the features of its financing structure. Many problems facing the construction and operation are analyzed. Lessons learned are summarized for all levels of government and enterprises operating BOT projects.
