106例男性酒依赖患者16PF测查结果分析

ANALYSIS OF 16PF IN 106 MALE PATIENTS WITH ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE

目的:探讨酒依赖患者的人格特征。方法:运用16PF及酒精戒断症状量表测查106例男性酒依赖住院的患者并进行对照分析。结果:(1)16PF因子分中,敢为性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性分值高于常模(P<0.001),聪慧性、稳定性、有恒性、怀疑性、实验性、独立性、自律性分值低于常模(P<0.05,P<0.001);(2)嗜酒年龄以35a为界的两组患者兴奋性、敢为性、敏感性和内向与外向型次级人格因素方面有统计学差异;(3)有无精神症状的两组患者幻想性和独立性有统计学差异。结论:酒依赖患者存在明显的人格异常,尤其低年龄组和有精神症状的酒依赖患者有明显人格偏离,临床干预时应予以注意。

Objective： To study the personality characteristics of patients with alcohol dependence. Methods：One hundred and six male inpatients with alcohol dependence were tested using the Cattell -16PF Questionnaire and Abstinent Symptom Scale. The result was compared with Chinese norm. Results ： （ 1 ） A number of factors showed significant personality differences between the alcohol dependent patients and the Chinese norm. The patients with alcohol dependence had higher scores in factors braveness, fantasy, worry and anxiety;while on the other hand, had lower scores in factors smart, stability, persistence, doubt, experiment, independence, self - discipline. （2） Excitability, braveness, sensitivity and secondary personality factor （introvert and extrovert） had significant statistical difference between patients with alcohol dependence younger than 35 - year - old and older than that. （3） Fantasy and independence had significant statistical difference between patients with and without psychiatric symptoms. Conclusion ：Patients with alcohol dependence have great personality bias. Alcohol dependent patients with younger age, psychiatric symptoms have greater personality disorders, which needs attention in clinical intervention.
