摘要
目的:利用原子吸收光谱法测定7种藏药材镰形棘豆、珠芽蓼、绿绒蒿、甘青青兰、夏至草、细果角茴香、花锚中8种微量元素钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、钾、镁和钠的含量。方法:采用空气-乙炔火焰的原子吸收光谱法。结果:上述7种藏药材中含有较丰富的钾、镁、钠。结论:镰形棘豆、珠芽蓼、绿绒蒿、甘青青兰、夏至草、细果角茴香、花锚中钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、钾、镁和钠的含量有差异,为这7种藏药材的合理药用提供了可靠依据。
Objective :To determine eight trace elements in seven Tibetan medicines (Oxytropis falcata Bunge, Polygonum viviparum L., Lagopsis supina ( Steph. ) Ik. - Gal., Hypecoum leptocarpum Hook. f. et. Thorns, Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel,Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim, Halenia elliptica D. Don) by flame - atomic absorption spectrometry, nethod:A flame - atomic absorption spectrometry with air - acetylene flame was adopted. Result:The content of K, Mg and Na in seven Tibetan medicines was abundant. Conclusion:There are considerable differences of the content of the eight trace elements in these Tibetan medicines;the data provide an accurate and credible evidence for reasonable medicinal use of these Tibetan medicines.
