摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量。方法:采用Phenomene C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-1%甲酸(40∶60)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长330nm,柱温:25℃,进样量为10μL。结果:迷迭香酸在18~450μg·mL-1浓度范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.2%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:本法准确、简便,可用于测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量。
Objective :To develop an HPLC method for determination of rosmarinic acid in Xiakucao oral solution. Methods:The sample was separated on a Phenomene C18 (250 mm · 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column with methanol- 1% formic Acid(40: 60)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 330 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Results:Within the range of 18 -450μg · mL^-1, rosmarinic acid presented a fine linear relationship between the injectedamounts and peak areas ( r = 0. 9999 ) ; The average recovery was 97.2% with RSD of 1.3 % ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of rosmarinie acid in Xiakucao oral solution.
