Enlightenmen and Investigation for Professional Ability Promotion Demand of Quality Control Staff in Pharmaceutical Operation Enterprise

目的提升药品经营企业质量管理人员的职业能力。方法对黑龙江省药品经营企业质量管理人员进行"职业能力提升需求"的问卷调查、访谈和统计分析。结果与结论针对调查研究结果提出建议,为省级药品监督管理部门、相关院校、社会培训机构和药品经营企业人力资源部门对质量管理人员进行有效的在职教育、提高其职业能力提供参考。

Objective To improve professional ability of the quality control staff in pharmaceutical operation enterprise. Methods Using statistical analysis, interviews, questionnaire survey to the quality control staff in pharmaceutical operation enterprise in Heilongjiang Province.
